As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues disrupting lives and businesses around the world, we want to assure our customers and partners of the steps Ramtech is taking to protect our employees and minimise the risk of disruption to our customers. Our Management Team is meeting daily to assess and monitor the rapidly evolving situation with a focus on the many issues presented by the outbreak including international travel, health & safety and operational issues.
We have taken the following actions:
• Robust business continuity plans are in place and activated where needed.
• Employees are working from home when possible.
• Non-essential travel is being postponed or cancelled, including attendance at events and conferences.
• Guidance to stay home or self-isolate has been issued to employees and managers in the event they become symptomatic, have had contact with someone known to have COVID-19, or is part of an at-risk group.
While the global situation remains fluid, we remain agile and steadfast in supporting our customers. Our team continues to implement continuity plans to minimise disruptions and ensure to the best of our ability, the continued delivery of our products and solutions.
