Every holiday park is supported by regular visits from installation engineers and account managers to make sure our service stays top notch at all times.
The Ramtech service includes:

Ready to order some new units, or just want to check when an engineer is next due to visit your park? Our specialist customer support team will be happy to help.
- Specialist, locally-based engineers and technicians.
Our engineers can provide support over the telephone or on site if needed. We make sure that we visit every holiday park with a Ramtech system on a regular rotation, so if we can’t help you out over the phone there’s always someone on-hand to solve any issues – or just replace the batteries in your alarms – in person. WES customers find our hotline answers most queries, but we’re happy to arrange a visit from your account manager or an engineer if needed.

We don’t buy our ideas in – every product is home grown by our experienced research and development team. So you’ll also find that we don’t stand still – our team is continually looking for ways to develop, improve and add to our product range. Have an idea of something you’d like our products to do?
