Wireless communications systems specialists, Ramtech, have secured a new contract with Hoburne Naish in New Milton, Hampshire which is part of the Hoburne Group.
Ramtech have installed appliance protectors in a brand new development of 26 high end luxury lodges on the park. These will securely protect a range of high value items in the lodges such as colour TVs, microwaves, DVD players and gaming consoles.
The protectors are battery operated and are easy to install and operate. A ‘retail style’ loop sensor cable and sensor is fitted to the product which links back to the Ramtech monitoring systems using radio communication. The alarm is activated when the device is tampered with or the sensor is removed from the product.
Roger Seeney, group operations director at Hoburne, said: “We wanted a simple yet effective way of protecting various high value items in these luxury lodges on the park; as we have had problems in the past with this sort of equipment going missing. We had seen the Ramtech security system working effectively on another park so called Ramtech in to help us. We chose Ramtech as they are a long established business with a strong reputation in the holiday park industry. They also have locally based engineers should we need them.”
Andy Hicks, managing director of Ramtech, said: “We are pleased to be working with the Hoburne Group and we believe the appliance protectors provide an effective yet discreet way of protecting the high value equipment now being installed by parks, as they strive to give their own customers the real “home from home” experience.”
