Ramtech Electronics Limited was formed in 1990 to meet growing demand for an effective security solution for static caravans on holiday parks, and has grown to become a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of a variety of wireless safety, security and communication systems to the construction and leisure industries.
We now have alarms in over 30,000 holiday homes across the UK, providing peace of mind for holiday home owners and park operators, and since the 2010 launch of WES we have supplied over 24,000 units, delivering robust, legislation-compliant wireless fire alert systems for the construction industry.
We are a private owner-managed company, and we pride ourselves on a high level of after sales service and support. We deliver this through our team of specialist engineers located around the UK and dedicated customer support staff at our head office in Nottingham.
Research & Development
Our Research and Development roadmap is the backbone of the business. The specialist engineers in our in-house R&D team are always looking to expand our product range with new innovations, as well as working on ways to improve and enhance our existing products.
- WES+ wireless fire alert system
We have used our expertise in wireless technology to develop WES+ for the construction industry. This innovative wireless fire alarm system was developed specifically to meet increasing health and safety legislation surrounding construction site safety. WES+ is an effective, simple to deploy alert system that offers quick and easy installation and alarm points that can be moved around the site as it develops– saving time and money over wired alarm systems.
- Wireless alarm system
The Ramtech Wireless Alarm System provides extra peace of mind for thousands of static caravan owners throughout the UK. The alarm monitoring system is installed on holiday parks of all sizes, from large groups to niche independent parks offering luxury lodges, and enables park security to provide the reassurance of offering a rapid response to security issues on static caravans on-site.
